Your screening inputs

Revenue, sales, packaging weights and brand/importer status are evaluated in your browser. We do not save these inputs in local storage or automatically submit them. Refreshing clears the form. Hosting providers may process request metadata to deliver and secure the site.

Analytics

Our analytics choice is Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service for aggregate site usage. It does not receive your screening form values. It requires hosting-side setup or a configured public beacon token; this application does not activate it without that configuration.

Anonymous usage counting

We count daily totals for completed screenings, clicks on "Get matched with an EPR specialist", and clicks on "Get exemption documentation", and for launch-notification signups by interest. Each count is a daily total only. For this counting we do not record IP addresses or screening inputs, and it uses no cookies. Daily totals are available only through a key-protected statistics endpoint.

Launch notifications (optional)

If you enter your email in the "launching soon" panel, we store your email address, which launch interest you chose (specialist match or exemption documentation), and the signup date. We use it only to email you once when that feature launches. We never sell or share it. You can unsubscribe anytime, and we delete stored signups 12 months after launch or sooner if you ask us at [email protected]. The signup list is available only through a key-protected endpoint.

Future collection

No email report requests or payments are currently accepted. Before enabling either, we will update this notice to identify the data collected, providers, retention periods, unsubscribe and deletion options, and applicable payment/refund terms.
